General

By purchasing a ticket or registering a vehicle for SECTION 10, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Event organisers reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Event Entry

All attendees must hold a valid ticket or approved vehicle registration.
Tickets must be presented upon entry.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Vehicle Display

Display vehicles must arrive during the designated check-in period provided after registration.
Display vehicles must remain within the event until the official conclusion at 9:00pm.
Early vehicle departures will only be permitted in genuine emergencies with prior approval from event management.
Vehicle pass-outs are not permitted.

Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone:

No burnouts.
No excessive revving.
Strict 10km/h speed limit throughout the venue.
No dangerous driving.
No anti-social or aggressive behaviour.
CCTV and event security will be operating throughout the event.

Anyone failing to comply may be removed from the event without refund.

Animals

Dogs and other pets are not permitted unless they are registered assistance animals.

Photography & Media

By attending SECTION 10, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur throughout the event.

Images and videos may be used for future promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Liability

Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

The organisers accept no responsibility for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Damage to vehicles or property.
Injury except where required by law.

Vehicle owners remain responsible for their own vehicles at all times.

Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to alter the event schedule, entertainment or venue arrangements where reasonably necessary.
